JD Sports’ group director of product Antonia Hansen, and director of AI activation Neil Bradford, feature in the latest podcast episode, where the pair shared their top tops for retailers and brands to apply agentic AI within their business.
Speaking at Drapers Future of Fashion, the one-day event dedicated to technology and innovation in fashion retail that took place in London last month, Hansen described some of the results they are seeing because of agentic AI.
She said: “We are seeing it’s low level still on purchases coming directly through agentic, but we are seeing that grow hugely week on week, and we are seeing what types of customers and types of purchase journeys they are going on.”
