Euphoria breakout star Chloe Cherry has announced she is releasing her debut book, a raw and fearless memoir detailing her journey from the adult entertainment industry to mainstream Hollywood fame.
The 288-page book, titled Somewhere Dark and Hot, is officially scheduled to hit shelves on 23 February 2027 via publishing giant Simon & Schuster.
The announcement outlines how the work will comprehensively trace the actress’s life story, focusing on her early struggles, her time in adult film, and her ultimate transformation into a cultural icon on the small screen.
The upcoming release will explore the pivotal moments that shaped the actress’s path before she caught her big break in television.
At just 18 years old, Cherry made the difficult decision to escape an emotionally abusive household in Pennsylvania, an exit that eventually led her to take up work within the adult film industry.
However, her life trajectory shifted dramatically when she was cast as Faye in the second season of Sam Levinson’s acclaimed HBO teen drama.
According to the book’s official synopsis, Cherry managed to go from an adult-industry outsider to a breakout icon, effectively challenging deep-seated societal assumptions about exactly who is allowed to cross over into mainstream Hollywood.
