The squad, including captain Harry Kane and manager Thomas Tuchel, is wearing the M&S x England 12-piece edit, which sits within the M&S Autograph range. The retailer first became the official suit supplier to the England Senior Men’s team in 2007. Now, it has become the team’s official formalwear partner.
As part of the partnership, M&S has designed a modular off-pitch wardrobe built around a navy, stone and cream palette. The edit includes a mercerised cotton geometric knitted t-shirt (£35), merino wool polo shirt (£40), relaxed trousers (£70), Harrington jacket (£90) and tailored blazer (£129).
Data from M&S Customer Pulse Platform found that 75% of M&S customers actively follow the game of football, as the retailer taps into the summer of sport, which Drapers investigated in a recent article.
Mitch Hughes, director of menswear at M&S, said the collection had been designed to give players “the freedom to express their individual style while still delivering a strong, cohesive look.”
Hughes said: “Our long-standing partnership with The FA continues to evolve, and this collection starts a new chapter in our approach to modern formalwear for the England Senior Men’s team. Designed as a refined 12-piece edit, it balances elevated tailoring with versatile staples that move seamlessly beyond the pitch. Ease and functionality remain central, with technical details including bi-stretch fabrication for comfort – great for travelling! – alongside breathable and storm wear finishes, suited to unpredictable weather conditions.”
The FA’s commercial director James Gray said: “Our partnership with M&S, established in 2007, continues to reflect a shared commitment to football and to England supporters. This next phase builds on that long-standing relationship and supports how the Men’s England Team is represented on the global stage. The collection has been developed with the squad in mind, and we expect it to be positively received by both players and supporters.”
The M&S x England edit is available online and in selected stores now.
